In addition, on-site meeting facilities can handle groups ranging from 24 to 1,400 guests. Meeting rooms are all equipped with high-speed Internet access, and there is a business center that offers secretarial services as well. A short boardwalk (0.25 miles) leads to a marina where guests can catch a free, 15-minute boat shuttle to Big Hickory Island and a beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Guests can also arrange boat trips, dolphin cruises, and other adventures here. The resort's year-round Camp Coconut offers a full schedule of activities for kids aged 3–12.
